Refund Policy:

All sales are FINAL unless items are damaged upon delivery. If items are damaged or you have any concerns about products, contact us via email: livinglavishclothing19@gmail.com

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are NOT allowed. Please ensure that you select your correct size, color etc upon ordering  


Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. (Not including weekends.) Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

All orders will receive tracking numbers and order confirmations via email. Tracking numbers will be sent once orders reach shipping carrier. 

All orders are shipped through UPS/USPS and only takes 2-3 days depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer. For Pre Ordered items, fulfillment and shipping will take 1-4 weeks. 

Once your package is shipped, we (Living Lavish Clothing) are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issue with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages.

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (Living Lavish Clothing) you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice. For any shipping inquiries please contact us via email: livinglavishclothing19@gmail.com
